Join us for a delightful cooking class with Helen that showcases seasonal flavors! We’ll kick off with a fresh appetizer of white radish with herbed butter paired with a white wine spritzer. Next, you will be making and baking glazed Asian pears topped with a crunchy almond mix for a sweet touch. Next, you’ll create a hearty dish of winter greens accompanied by heirloom beans and ham, perfect for cozy meals. Finally, you’ll learn to make an open-faced pulled pork sandwich adorned with tangy sweet and sour cabbage, a satisfying crowd-pleaser. This hands-on class is designed for all skill levels, promising a fun and flavorful experience! Tickets are priced per person. Recipes will be provided.

MEET THE CHEF:
Helen Lampkin, woman of faith, devoted wife, mother and grandmother, lives an inspired “no ordinary” life based on the words found in Colossians 3:23 – “do all things wholeheartedly to the Lord.” This inspiration is at the heart of all she does and has led her to become an entrepreneur (founder of My Brother’s Salsa), artist, adventurous cook, recipe developer/writer, food stylist, and blogger.
