Stuck in a weeknight dinner slump? Come learn Elisha's tricks for a fun, fast, and family-friendly meal! Guests will be greeted with homemade fire-roasted salsa and corn chips. During the hands-on portion, Elisha will teach guests how to make these awesome oven grilled fajita bowls using chicken thighs and veggies served with cilantro lime jasmine rice, black beans, and avocado crema. Wash it all down with a pineapple aqua fresca. This class is not only delicious but also free of gluten and dairy! Tickets are priced per person. Recipes will be provided.
