You'll begin with a delectable appetizer of brandade served with toasted garlic baguette, showcasing the rich combination of salt cod and potato purée, perfectly paired with a refreshing French 75 cocktail. In this hands-on class, you’ll learn to create two beloved soups: the rich and savory French onion soup, and the aromatic Tom kha gai, a Thai coconut chicken soup that will warm your soul. MEET THE CHEF:
Chef Quinn is originally from New Jersey and has A LOT of experience in cooking. He went to the Culinary Institute of America in New York and then worked in several well known restaurants, including The Barr Mansion, and the Gotham City Restaurant Group. He has a passion for teaching and has taught at Le Cordon Bleu and Escoffier. Outside of work, he mentors high school students in cooking competitions and enjoys golfing, relaxing, and traveling with his family.
