with Helen Lampkin, founder of My Brother's Salsa and Helen's Table
Join us for a memorable cooking class filled with delicious flavors and fun culinary techniques! Your evening will begin with a light and refreshing appetizer of Helen’s house salad, paired with a perfectly crafted cocktail to get the evening started right. Then, roll up your sleeves and dive into the hands-on portion where you'll create a rich and savory chicken marsala served alongside roasted red pepper potatoes with a perfectly paired wine to complement the meal. Your meal will be accompanied by a rustic Tuscan loaf infused with fresh herbs and olive oil—perfect for dipping! To wrap up the experience, we’ll finish with a delightful affogato, the classic Italian dessert of vanilla gelato drowned in espresso. This class is designed for all skill levels and promises a fun, flavorful evening of cooking, tasting, and learning! Tickets are priced per person. Recipes will be provided.
*All class ticket sales are final. No refunds or credit transfers to other classes are available.*
