Spend some time in the HKS Kitchen with Chef Becky Miller this weekend to learn how to build a complete ramen bowl from scratch so you can bring the flavors of your favorite ramen shop home for an easy meal any night of the week. Class will start with a savory, nutty, and tangy appetizer of Green Beans with Zesty Peanut Butter Sauce. Then you’ll make a Miso Ramen Broth and get to work on making your toppings – Oven-Roasted Crispy Pork Belly and Crispy Mushrooms for irresistible texture and depth of flavor. Plus, Chef Becky will demonstrate how you can make Ajitsuke Tamago (Marinated Ramen Eggs) at home in the Instant Pot. By evening’s end, you’ll have a variety of toppings essential for building a rich and savory Miso Ramen Bowl. And you’ll have practical techniques and time-saving tips for creating restaurant-quality ramen and accompaniments that are achievable on a busy weeknight. Recipes will be provided.
