Then you’ll learn to prepare savory Chicken Lettuce Wraps bursting with flavor and texture. To complement the main course, you'll whip up a creamy, homemade Peanut Sauce ideal for dipping and dressing, assemble a colorful Crunchy Napa Cabbage Salad, and practice the art of rolling fresh Spring Rolls. Packed with fresh vegetables, bold flavors, and versatile recipes, this class offers plenty of skills and inspiration to bring exciting new dishes to your home kitchen. Recipes will be provided. MEET THE CHEF
Helen Lampkin, woman of faith, devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, lives an inspired “no ordinary” life based on the words found in Colossians 3:23 – “do all things wholeheartedly to the Lord.” This inspiration is at the heart of all she does and has led her to become an entrepreneur (founder of My Brother’s Salsa), artist, adventurous cook, recipe developer/writer, food stylist, and blogger.
