Join Chef Helen Lampkin in the HKS Kitchen for a Spanish-inspired hands-on cooking class that features a delicious menu designed to bring everyone together around the table. Your evening will begin with a beautifully assembled Tapas Board made by Chef filled with an assortment of almonds, meats, cheese, dates, and crusty bread for nibbling paired with a curated Wine Pairing from The Wine Shop at Honeycomb. Then you’ll focus your attention on making the main course, a flavorful Paella with Muscles and Chicken, and a fresh Butter Lettuce and Apple Salad dressed in an Apple Cider Vinaigrette. To finish the evening on a sweet note, you’ll be treated to crispy Churros served with a decadent Chocolate Caramel Sauce from Chef Helen. Throughout the evening, you’ll learn essential techniques, cooking tips, and the secrets to creating a memorable paella feast at home. Recipes will be provided. Tickets are priced per person.

MEET THE CHEF:
Helen Lampkin, woman of faith, devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, lives an inspired “no ordinary” life based on the words found in Colossians 3:23 – “do all things wholeheartedly to the Lord.” This inspiration is at the heart of all she does and has led her to become an entrepreneur (founder of My Brother’s Salsa), artist, adventurous cook, recipe developer/writer, food stylist, and blogger.
