The season for holiday celebrations is here! And Chef Helen Lampkin is coming to fill the HKS Kitchen with festive flavors fit for your elegant gatherings. As you settle in, you’ll enjoy a creamy Baked Brie with Cranberry Relish appetizer from Chef. Then you’ll get to work making the elements of your meal – sides of comforting Sage and Chive Risotto alongside sweet-and-savory Brown Sugar Brussels Sprouts to complement a main course of beautifully Seared Scallops finished with a bright Pomegranate Vinaigrette. In addition to enjoying a Curated Wine Pairing from The Wine Shop at Honeycomb with your meal, you’ll get a decadent dessert treat from Chef Helen, a slice of Pecan Tart drizzled with Warm Caramel. Come experience a menu ready for entertaining, celebrating, and elevating your holiday table. Recipes will be provided. Tickets are priced per person.

MEET THE CHEF:
Helen Lampkin, woman of faith, devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, lives an inspired “no ordinary” life based on the words found in Colossians 3:23 – “do all things wholeheartedly to the Lord.” This inspiration is at the heart of all she does and has led her to become an entrepreneur (founder of My Brother’s Salsa), artist, adventurous cook, recipe developer/writer, food stylist, and blogger.
