MEET THE CHEF

Adriana Carner is a self-taught cook and baker who got her start in her family’s kitchen at just 10 years old. Inspired by generations of Mexican and Spanish grandmothers who lovingly crafted family recipes from scratch, Adriana developed a passion for creating dishes that bring people together. Her cooking is influenced by her travels, culture, and favorite local restaurants, blending tradition with creativity.

Born in Mexico City and raised in San Antonio, Texas, Adriana is especially drawn to recipes that fuse Mexican flavors with cuisines such as Italian, Japanese, and French. Her culinary background includes experience as a prep cook in a Texas hospital, waitstaff roles at local restaurants, and work in a corporate kitchen environment.

Today, Adriana shares her love of food by hosting cooking classes and gatherings for friends and fellow food lovers. Whether she’s preparing an elaborate meal or teaching others in the kitchen, her philosophy remains the same: food should gather people, inspire connection, and spark joy. Outside the kitchen, Adriana enjoys designing and sewing her own clothing, biking around Northwest Arkansas, and traveling the world.
