Baker Kailey Harmon is returning to the HKS Kitchen for an evening designed to add a delicious twist to your sourdough journey. In this hands-on pretzel-making class, you’ll roll up your sleeves and use chef-provided Sourdough to learn the Basics of Sourdough Pretzel Making. Additionally, you'll learn to craft a Beer Cheese Sauce that's perfect for dipping and dunking them into. Once we pop your pretzels into the ovens, you will be guided through the steps of preparing a Take-Home Dough so you can make a batch or two in your own home. As the evening ends, you'll enjoy your fresh-baked pretzel creations as well as chef's Cinnamon Sugar Sourdough Pretzel Bites. Plus, you'll get to take home a portion of Sourdough Starter to continue your sourdough journey for the long haul. A Charcuterie Spread will be available for snacking during the evening; however, we encourage you to eat dinner beforehand. Recipes will be provided. Tickets are priced per person. Guests 12+ must attend with a ticketed adult.

MEET THE BAKER:
Kailey Harmon is a Northwest Arkansas native, she began her sourdough journey during a tough season of life and has created the perfect, low stress recipe for any and everyone who wants to make delicious bread from their own home. "I've always had this calling to be a host and have others come into my home. The idea of being able to feed someone or make them a warm meal provides connection and fellowship, something so many desperately need." Kailey owns a micro bakery called Five Arrow Bread Co. and loves baking for Northwest Arkansas and the surrounding areas.
