Transport your taste buds to Thailand with Chef Kevin Quinn in the HKS Kitchen in this Thai-inspired cooking class that celebrates bold aromatics, fresh herbs, and the perfect balance of sweet, sour, salty, and spicy. The experience begins with chef-made Tod Mun Goong (Spicy Thai Shrimp Cakes), crispy and fragrant, alongside a refreshing My Thai Cocktail to set the tone. You’ll then learn to prepare Gaeng Keow Waan (Thai Green Curry with Chicken), simmered with fragrant herbs and spices and served over fluffy Jasmine Rice. On the side, you’ll create the bright and zesty Som Tum (Green Papaya Salad), a classic Thai favorite known for its irresistible crunch and tangy heat. To end the evening, enjoy chef-made Thai Mango and Coconut Sticky Rice, a beloved dessert that perfectly balances creamy coconut sweetness with ripe tropical fruit. Recipes will be provided. Tickets are priced per person. Must be 21+ to attend.

MEET THE CHEF

Chef Quinn is originally from New Jersey and has a LOT of experience in cooking. He went to the Culinary Institute of America in New York and then worked in several well-known restaurants, including The Barr Mansion and the Gotham City Restaurant Group. He has a passion for teaching and has taught at Le Cordon Bleu and Escoffier. Outside of work, he mentors high school students in cooking competitions and enjoys golfing, relaxing, and traveling with his family.
