Join us for an elegant, hands-on culinary experience led by Elisha, where fresh ingredients and refined technique come together to celebrate the flavors of the Mediterranean. The evening begins with a silky, smoky Baba Ghanoush, beautifully complemented by crisp, vibrant crudité as an appetizer. Next roll up your sleeves as she guides you in preparing succulent Greek shrimp with a homemade marinade, paired with crispy herb-tossed potatoes. Next participants will create a bright and refreshing Mediterranean salad with a from scratch dressing. To wrap things up, there will be delicious roasted cherry Stracciatella ice cream, prepared by Elisha to add a unique twist on a classic dessert. It’s an unforgettable journey through fresh, bold flavors of the Mediterranean while focusing on fine tuning multiple culinary skills. This class is not only scrumptious but also free of gluten, nuts, grains, and dairy! Recipes will be included. Tickets are priced per person.
