with Chef Kevin Quinn
Explore the warm, aromatic flavors of North Africa with Chef Kevin Quinn in this Moroccan-inspired cooking class that highlights bold spices and comforting techniques. Your evening in the HKS Kitchen will begin with a delicious introduction to Moroccan flavors – Zaalouk – a silky Spiced Eggplant and Tomato Dip served with Soft Pita – and a refreshing Marrakech Mule cocktail. For the main course, you’ll make a fragrant Moroccan Lamb Tagine, slow-simmered with layered spices to create tender, deeply seasoned meat and a rich, savory sauce. And you’ll complete the dish with fluffy Couscous that’s perfect for soaking up every bite. To finish on a sweet note, Chef will treat you to a traditional Moroccan Orange Cake, a citrus-kissed dessert that’s hard to resist. Recipes will be provided. Tickets are priced per person. Must be 21+ to attend.
*All class ticket sales are final. No refunds or credit transfers to other classes are available. If you purchase a ticket and are unable to attend, please contact us to check our waitlist.*
