Join Kailey in the HKS Kitchen to learn the basics of crafting delicious sourdough bread. Come learn with us in this interactive and informative class. Upon arrival, you will be treated to some of Kailey’s fresh baked sliced sourdough with flavorful spreads as she shares the science behind sourdough bread baking. During class, you’ll learn to shape and bake a loaf that you can slice and enjoy fresh out of the oven at the end of class. As the aroma of fresh baked bread makes its way through the kitchen while that loaf bakes, Kailey will guide you in making a take-and-bake dough of your own so you can create another full loaf at home. Plus, you will leave with some sourdough starter from Kailey so you can continue your sourdough journey for years to come! Recipes will be provided. Tickets are priced per person.

MEET THE BAKER:
Kailey Harmon is a Northwest Arkansas Native, she began her sourdough journey during a tough season of life and has created the perfect, low stress recipe for any and everyone who wants to make delicious bread from their own home. "I've always had this calling to be a host and have others come into my home. The idea of being able to feed someone or make them a warm meal provides connection and fellowship. Something so many desperately need." Kailey owns a micro bakery called Five Arrow Bread Co. and loves baking for Northwest Arkansas and the surrounding areas.
