Your evening will begin with a chef-made crisp Insalata della Casa, elevated by a creamy, dairy-free Ranch Dressing. Next, you’ll dive into making a rich and satisfying main course – Plant-Based Alfredo Sauce with Noodles – along with a side of caramelized Balsamic Glazed Brussels Sprouts for the perfect balance of savory and sweet. You’ll then finish on a bright note with a luscious No-Bake Meyer Lemon Cheesecake topped with juicy Peaches and Lavender Syrup—an unforgettable menu that reimagines classic Italian comfort through a wholesome, plant-based lens. This class menu is vegan and dairy-free; however, it is not gluten-free or nut-free. Recipes will be provided. Tickets are priced per person.
