with Alanna Gergel of Honeycomb Kitchen Shop
Experience the flavors of the islands with Chef Alanna Gergel as she introduces her sister-in-law, Chef Kimberly Gergel, to the HKS Kitchen in a class that celebrates beloved Hawaiian local favorites. Begin with an appetizer of Spam Musubi, a classic comfort snack featuring savory glazed spam over rice wrapped in nori. Then, you’ll move on to crispy Coconut Shrimp with a lightly sweet, tropical crunch. To round out your plate, you’ll create two refreshing sides: a creamy, tangy Macaroni Salad and a crisp Cucumber Salad that adds a cool, balanced bite. Your evening will finish on a sweet note with Butter Mochi, a chewy, golden dessert with rich coconut flavor. Great for all skill levels, this class brings a taste of Hawaii’s diverse culinary influences straight to your kitchen. Recipes will be provided. Tickets are priced per person.
*All class ticket sales are final. No refunds or credit transfers to other classes are available. If you purchase a ticket and are unable to attend, please contact us to check our waitlist.*
