Want to put a fresh, healthier spin on the flavors of the season? Join Chef Meleah Minard in the HKS Kitchen for a class that features an elegant, approachable menu perfect for holiday entertaining. You’ll start off with Chef’s Winter Harvest Endive Cups, a colorful, nutrient-packed appetizer featuring crisp endive and seasonal ingredients. Then, you’ll learn how to prepare tender Pork Tenderloin with Red Wine Sauce, a flavorful yet lean centerpiece and two delicious sides that showcase the natural sweetness and wholesome goodness of winter produce – a Winter Salad with Honey Mustard Dressing and Honey Butter Roasted Carrots with Garlic and Herbs. At the end of the evening, you’ll finish on a lighter indulgent note with Dark Chocolate Fudge, a rich homemade treat made by Chef that proves holiday cooking can be both delicious and feel-good. Recipes will be provided. Tickets are priced per person.

MEET THE CHEF

Chef Meleah’s interest in food blossomed as she grew up with Southern food and family recipes but quickly evolved. She’s an Arkansan – born and raised – but has called both NYC and London home. She loves traveling and learning about international cuisines and then using that for inspiration in her kitchen.

Meleah spent 10 years in the design industry before deciding to pursue a career in food. Fast forward to 2021 – she moved to London and enrolled in Leiths School of Food and Wine Diploma program, one of the UK’s top culinary programs.

A private chef and caterer, she is excited about being able to bring a variety of cuisines and flavors to your table.
