Fire up the flavor this Father’s Day with Chef Kevin Quinn in the HKS Kitchen. This bold, hands-on cooking class menu is designed for fans of big taste and good times. The class will kick off with chef’s crowd-pleasing Jalapeño Poppers and a perfectly balanced Dirty Martini. Then you’ll dive into the main courses – Buffalo Chicken Wings and Coffee BBQ Ribs. Chef will pre-cook the proteins and walk you through the techniques before you roll up your sleeves and get to work preparing them for a delicious finish. In class, you’ll learn how to sauce, shallow fry, and finish the wings to crispy perfection and sauce, glaze and finish your ribs for fall-off-the-bone results. You’ll round out the feast with a side of fresh, crunchy Coleslaw and chef-made Classic No-Bake Ice Box Cake for a cool, satisfying finish. It’s a hearty, flavor-packed experience that’s equal parts fun, skill-building, and celebration. Recipes will be provided. Tickets are priced per person. Must be 21+ to attend.

MEET THE CHEF
Chef Quinn is originally from New Jersey and has a LOT of experience in cooking. He went to the Culinary Institute of America in New York and then worked in several well-known restaurants, including The Barr Mansion and the Gotham City Restaurant Group. He has a passion for teaching and has taught at Le Cordon Bleu and Escoffier. Outside of work, he mentors high school students in cooking competitions and enjoys golfing, relaxing, and traveling with his family.
