As you settle into class, you’ll be met with a warm, spiced Chai paired with buttery Pan au Chocolat. Then, the evening will take a savory turn as you prepare a bright and tangy Salsa Verde packed with fresh herbs and citrusy heat to pair with a batch of comforting Chilaquiles Verde. Next, you’ll switch gears to send your taste buds on another tasty journey, making Shakshuka, a rich, simmered tomato and pepper dish finished with perfectly Poached Eggs for a satisfying, savory centerpiece. This experience blends technique, flavor, and cultural inspiration, giving you the skills to recreate a globally inspired breakfast spread at home. Recipes will be provided. MEET THE CHEF
Justin Hall is a Northwest Arkansas chef originally from the Bay Area. His passion for food was ignited while working at a few local favorites. Throughout a couple of family relocations, he got to be a part of the Kansas City and Northern California food scenes as well. He loves using cooking as an avenue to connection and learning about other cultures.
