We’ll start the evening with a classic oyster Rockefeller paired with a crisp lemon drop cocktail—an irresistible duo to set the tone. Then, you’ll step into the kitchen to prepare a beautifully balanced meal featuring tender, lemony chicken piccata and a colorful Provençal ratatouille bursting with garden-fresh vegetables and herbs. MEET THE CHEF:
Chef Quinn is originally from New Jersey and has A LOT of experience in cooking. He went to the Culinary Institute of America in New York and then worked in several well known restaurants, including The Barr Mansion, and the Gotham City Restaurant Group. He has a passion for teaching and has taught at Le Cordon Bleu and Escoffier. Outside of work, he mentors high school students in cooking competitions and enjoys golfing, relaxing, and traveling with his family.
