We’ll kick off with a refreshing brussels & pomegranate salad, featuring crunchy brussel sprouts, juicy pomegranate seeds, and a zesty dressing that will brighten your holiday table. Then, we’ll dive into making crowd-pleasing party potatoes, perfectly roasted acorn squash, and a savory cornbread dressing topped with rich mushroom gravy. To round it all off, you'll create a tangy cranberry orange relish that adds a delightful twist to your holiday feast. Get ready to impress your guests with these irresistible seasonal sides! Recipes will be included. Tickets are priced per person.

MEET THE CHEF:
Helen Lampkin, woman of faith, devoted wife, mother and grandmother, lives an inspired “no ordinary” life based on the words found in Colossians 3:23 – “do all things wholeheartedly to the Lord.” This inspiration is at the heart of all she does and has led her to become an entrepreneur (founder of My Brother’s Salsa), artist, adventurous cook, recipe developer/writer, food stylist, and blogger.
