Join Addie and the HKS staff for a delicious cooking class where classic comfort foods meet a modern twist! You will start the evening with a fun and unexpected appetizer: "Not Your Mother's" Parfait, a creative take on a traditional favorite that’s sure to delight your taste buds. Next, roll up your sleeves as you dive into creating some hearty dishes with a comforting hashbrown casserole, homemade fluffy biscuits, and classic gravy with bacon, offering a rich and savory blend of flavors. We’ll also prepare savory sausage patties, perfect for adding a satisfying touch to your meal. To top off this indulgent experience, you will be mixing up an elegant Earl Grey cocktail, adding a refined touch to our feast. This class promises a blend of nostalgia and innovation, ideal for those who love both classic and contemporary cuisine. Recipes will be included. Tickets are priced per person. Must be 21+

MEET THE CHEF:

Addie Hayes works part-time at The Odd Soul kitchen in Downtown Springdale. She has significant experience in catering and curating specialty menus for small groups. She loves cocktails and food pairings, and all things flavor! Born and raised in the south, she was influenced by so many good cooks throughout her life. Addie operates Fatty Addie’s on the side. You can find her at big market pop-ups or smaller pop-ups in partnership with local stores. She handles special orders and is always happy to chat about what someone will need for bridal showers, birthday parties, or just fun, friendly get-togethers. She also dabbles in gluten-free and vegan baking. When she’s not cooking, she enjoys spending time outside in her garden, hanging out with friends, or visiting family. Addie certainly knows how to have a good time!
