Welcome Addie to the HKS Kitchen for her first class. Addie, renowned for her delectable baked goods, will divulge the secrets to crafting the perfect biscuits and gravy. Start the night with a refreshing Citrus Avocado Salad, tossed in a Champagne Vinaigrette and served atop crusty bread. Now, the main event! Addie will guide guests through the process of making the best biscuits with flaky layers and golden brown crust. She’ll also have you whipping up a smooth and creamy vegetarian white gravy, with the perfect fluffy scrambled eggs. Top off your meal with a delicious French Press coffee featuring Arsaga's half-caff favorite- Soft Power. Whether you’re a seasoned cook or a novice, you’ll leave with newfound biscuit mastery. So, if you’re ready to elevate your baking skills and indulge in some comfort food, join Addie at the HKS Kitchen! Recipes will be included. Tickets are priced per person.

MEET THE CHEF:

Addie Hayes works part-time at The Odd Soul kitchen in Downtown Springdale. She has significant experience in catering and curating specialty menus for small groups. She loves cocktails and food pairings, and all things flavor! Born and raised in the south, she was influenced by so many good cooks throughout her life.  Addie operates Fatty Addie’s on the side. You can find her at big market pop-ups or smaller pop-ups in partnership with local stores. She handles special orders and is always happy to chat about what someone will need for bridal showers, birthday parties, or just fun, friendly get-togethers. She also dabbles in gluten-free and vegan baking. When she’s not cooking, she enjoys spending time outside in her garden, hanging out with friends, or visiting family. Addie certainly knows how to have a good time!
