Back by popular demand, join Sandy for a hands-on Vietnamese cooking class in the HKS Kitchen. We will start off with a lotus root salad tossed in a “fish” sauce vinaigrette as an appetizer. Next, roll up your sleeves and learn to make Bò bía chay cuốn, a delicious and healthy vegan roll packed with fresh vegetables, vegan “eggs”, mushrooms and fragrant herbs. Perfect for those who love light, flavorful bites, these rolls are wrapped in soft rice paper and served with a savory peanut dipping sauce. This class is ideal for anyone looking to master a traditional dish that’s simple yet bursting with texture and flavor. We will end the night with a banana coconut pudding with a black sesame swirl from Rooted Fare.
