Supper Club at Helen's Table: South of the Border - February 9th
MONDAY, FEBRUARY 9, 2026 | 6:30 PM
with Helen Lampkin, founder of My Brother's Salsa and Helen's Table
Pull up a chair at Helen’s Table! It’s time to meet Chef Helen Lampkin in the HKS Kitchen for another Supper Club event. This class menu celebrates South of the Border favorites and brings bold, authentic Mexican flavors to life in the most delicious ways. This fiesta begins with a refreshing margarita and chef’s creamy corn quesadilla—golden, cheesy, and perfectly crisp. Then you’ll learn how to prepare a rich and zesty poblano sauce and craft chicken verde enchiladas in addition to Mexican red rice that will be served with warm corn tortilla chips. To sweeten the celebration, you’ll finish with a velvety Mexican hot chocolate for a warm, comforting finish. Don’t miss this fiesta! Get your tickets today. Recipes will be provided. Tickets are priced per person. Must be 21+ to attend.
*All class ticket sales are final. No refunds or credit transfers to other classes are available. If you purchase a ticket and are unable to attend, please contact us to check our waitlist.*
