Join Baker Angela Korbe in the HKS Kitchen for a decadent cake decorating class centered around everyone’s favorite flavor—chocolate! During the class, you’ll master the art of creating silky chocolate buttercream and a luscious chocolate ganache from scratch. Then, you’ll practice essential decorating techniques—from smooth, elegant finishes to simple yet stunning drip designs—using the baker’s 4-inch pre-made moist chocolate cake. Before you know it, your cake will be transformed into a show-stopping dessert that tastes as incredible as it looks. Light snacks will be served. Recipes will be provided. Tickets are priced per person. Minors 12+ are permitted to attend only if accompanied by a ticketed adult.
