Turn your charcoal, propane or gas grill into a smoker! Infuse your meats, veggies, nuts, and cheeses with a hint of hickory, apple, oak, or cherry wood.
Soak your wood chips (not included) in water for at least 30 minutes. Preheat your grill. Using tongs to place the wood chips into your smoker this helps drain excess water, fill your smoker box with the wood chips. Distribute evenly. Place the smoker box on top of the grill grate. If using charcoal, place the box on top of the coals. Close the lid of the grill. In a few minutes, smoke should fill the grill. Turn heat down and cook low and slow for the best results.
