Join Kailey in the HKS kitchen to learn the basics of crafting delicious sourdough bread. Come learn with us in this interactive and informative class. Enjoy a flavored sourdough loaf with raspberry cream cheese upon arrival as Kailey delves into the science behind sourdough bread baking. You'll get to shape and bake a loaf to enjoy at the end of class. Kailey will also lead you in making a take-and-bake dough to create another full loaf at home.  PLUS you will get to leave with some starter to continue your sourdough journey for years to come! Recipes will be provided. Tickets are priced per person.

MEET THE CHEF

Kailey Harmon is a Northwest Arkansas Native, she began her sourdough journey during a tough season of life and has created the perfect, low stress recipe for any and everyone who wants to make delicious bread from their own home. "I've always had this calling to be a host and have others come into my home. The idea of being able to feed someone or make them a warm meal provides connection and fellowship. Something so many desperately need." Kailey owns a micro bakery called Five Arrow Bread Co. and loves baking for Northwest Arkansas and the surrounding areas.
