with Chef Kevin Quinn
Join Chef Kevin Quinn in the HKS Kitchen for an evening that will take your taste buds on a tour of Italy’s best dishes. This celebration of bold, rustic flavors begins with an appetizer of crisp, golden Arancini (Sicilian Rice Balls) served with a Spicy Arrabbiata Sauce paired with a classic Negroni Cocktail. For the main event, you’ll learn timeless cooking techniques like how to Roll and Shape Fresh Pasta and stir up a pot of rich Classic Bolognese Sauce all from scratch to create a traditional Italian dish brimming with deep, savory comfort. Additionally, you’ll create a side dish of briny Little Neck Clams with Pancetta and Aromatic Sofrito served with Garlic Toast for dipping—an elegant balance of land and sea that brings the warmth and soul of Italian cooking to the table. Get your ticket today! Recipes will be provided. Tickets are priced per person.
*All class ticket sales are final. No refunds or credit transfers to other classes are available. If you purchase a ticket and are unable to attend, please contact us to check our waitlist.*
