MEET THE CHEF:
Antonia LeCompte is from the beautiful islands of Trinidad and Tobago where food, fun, and island vibes are her culture. Growing up, she discovered her passion for cooking in the kitchen making wonderful and memorable dishes with her mom and grandma. Her first job was at a restaurant named Ve de France. She also worked at the Rituals Cafe House. Those experiences shaped her passion for cooking and inspired her to share that passion with others. As a chef and teacher, she loves helping people feel confident in the kitchen by showing them anyone can cook delicious homemade meals with a little guidance, practice, and heart.
