with Chef Kevin Quinn
Come join Chef Kevin for a vibrant and flavor-packed cooking class inspired by the fresh, bold tastes of the Pacific! We’ll start the evening with an appetizer of sesame-seared ahi tuna paired with a crisp spiced slaw and refreshing pickled cucumber—perfectly complemented by a zesty Pacific Rim spiced margarita. Then, we’ll dive into the main event where you’ll learn to make a mouthwatering Pacific cod, shrimp, and mussels stew simmered in a rich spicy coconut and ginger broth served over fluffy jasmine rice. To end on a sweet note, you’ll bake a classic pineapple upside-down cake- golden and caramelized for the perfect finish to your tropical feast. Whether you're a seafood lover or just looking to explore exciting new flavors, this class is sure to inspire and delight. Come for the food, stay for the fun! Recipes will be included. Tickets are priced per person.
