To kick off the evening's culinary adventure, Chef Shaan will be making his delectable samosas and a warm chai for an appetizer. Then, it's time to roll up your sleeves and dive into the hands-on portion of the class, where we'll learn the art of crafting mouthwatering coconut rice and comforting dahl to complement Chef Shaan's curry masterpiece. We'll also have the pleasure of savoring raita and tomato chutney, adding layers of flavor and texture to our culinary voyage. MEET THE CHEF:

My name is Shaan Choppala, I’m the founder of Cajindian Cuisine. I grew up eating homemade South Indian curry and I started my business to make it possible for anyone to experience authentic Indian food at home. My sauce has 15 spices and herbs, is gluten free, and has the right balance of heat. I can’t wait to share this experience with you!
