with Marty Shutter of Ozark Beer Co.
Join us for a flavorful and fun pairing and cooking class that brings together delicious bites and perfectly matched brews! We’ll start with an appetizer of crispy fried polenta and savory pork meatballs topped with marinara and fresh basil paired with a refreshing Italian pilsner that enhances the rich, comforting flavors. Next, you’ll dive into making Obatza, a creamy, spiced cheese spread served with soft pretzel bites—perfectly paired with a smooth lager to balance the richness. Then, we’ll spice things up with a zesty chorizo taco served with a bold West Coast IPA that complements the heat and smokiness of the dish. To finish, enjoy a mini cheese board paired with a crisp and citrusy Belgian white for a light and satisfying end to your culinary adventure. This class is all about pairing the perfect dish with the ideal beer while learning fun cooking techniques along the way. Bring your appetite and your love for great flavors—this is a class you won’t want to miss! Recipes will be provided. Tickets are priced per person.
*All class ticket sales are final. No refunds or credit transfers to other classes are available.*
