The evening will start with a seductive pairing of crispy fried oysters and a between the sheets cocktail before you start cooking with your special someone. During the evening, you’ll make pumpkin spinach lasagna rolls layered with creamy, savory goodness and prepare a vibrant stir-fried asparagus with shiitake mushrooms. Then you’ll end the night on a sweet note with decadent, molten chocolate lava cakes. Save the date and get your tickets to this sure to be unforgettable date night. Recipes will be provided. MEET THE CHEF:
David Prewett grew up in Little Rock, Arkansas. Having developed a love for cooking from his mom at the age of five, he has been diving into the culinary landscape ever since. He graduated with his master’s degree in nutrition. Specializing in scratch cooking and a variety of cuisines with emphasis in Italian, Asian, and, of course, Southern comfort food. He looks forward to taking you on an exciting culinary adventure full of laughter, amazing food, and great conversation. Bon appetite!
