with Helen Lampkin, founder of My Brother's Salsa and Helen's Table
Celebrate the season’s abundance of apples with Chef Helen Lampkin in the HKS Kitchen. From sweet to savory, this class highlights a wide array of apple-inspired dishes that deliver uniquely comforting flavors in every bite. You’ll start with an appetizer of crisp apple slaw tossed in a tangy-sweet caramel cider vinaigrette. Then, you’ll take a walk on the savory side, making a hearty main course of aromatic apple sage chowder and apple cider cornbread with rich honey butter. To bring this deliciously seasonal and soul-warming culinary experience full circle, Chef Helen will treat you to a piece of her beautifully rustic Calvados apple cake served with freshly whipped cream for dessert. How do you like them apples? Get your tickets today! Recipes will be provided. Tickets are priced per person.
*All class ticket sales are final. No refunds or credit transfers to other classes are available. If you purchased a ticket and are unable to attend, please contact us to check our waitlist.*
