with Helen Lampkin, founder of My Brother's Salsa and Helen's Table
Bright, fresh, and full of sunshine, this citrus-inspired cooking class led by Chef Helen Lampkin in the HKS Kitchen celebrates the vibrant flavors of the season. Wake up your taste buds as you sip on a refreshing grapefruit lemonade spritzer and enjoy a colorful chef-prepared citrus salad to kick things off. Then, roll up your sleeves to create a delicious menu featuring pan-seared shrimp topped with avocado grapefruit salsa served alongside fragrant cilantro lime rice. To finish, you’ll make a sweet and simple broiled grapefruit with a brown sugar crisp—a perfectly balanced dessert that highlights the beauty of citrus from start to finish. Pucker up, grapefruit lovers, this class is for you! Recipes will be provided. Tickets are priced per person.
*All class ticket sales are final. No refunds or credit transfers to other classes are available. If you purchase a ticket and are unable to attend, please contact us to check our waitlist.*
