Grab your best pals and put on your favorite PJs! It’s time to get cozy in the HKS Kitchen with Chef Addie Hayes. This fun cooking class celebrating friendship and fabulous flavors will kick off with a comforting hot toddy and a bowl of irresistible caramel popcorn. Then, you’ll dive into the deliciously playful main course – raviole du dauphine – filled with a vibrant pink pesto and finished with a rich brown butter sauce. And the evening will end with a nostalgic twist, decorating your own sweet and salty rice krispie treats that are as delightful as your favorite sleepover memories. Join us for an evening full of great food and great fun. Recipes will be provided. Tickets are priced per person. Must be 21+ to attend.

MEET THE CHEF:

Addie Hayes has significant experience in catering and curating specialty menus for small groups. She loves cocktails and food pairings, and all things flavor! Born and raised in the south, she was influenced by so many good cooks throughout her life.

Addie operates Fatty Addie’s on the side. You can find her at big market pop-ups or smaller pop-ups in partnership with local stores. She handles special orders and is always happy to chat about what someone will need for bridal showers, birthday parties, or just fun, friendly get-togethers. She also dabbles in gluten-free and vegan baking. When she’s not cooking, she enjoys spending time outside in her garden, hanging out with friends, or visiting family. Addie certainly knows how to have a good time!
