Enjoy breakfast classics any hour of day? Make plans to join Chef Addie Hayes in the HKS Kitchen for a class sure to put all your breakfast-for-dinner cravings to bed. Your evening will start with a warm apple parfait layered with cinnamon granola and creamy yogurt and a unique cereal milk matcha latte. Then Chef Addie will lead you through making a comforting hash brown casserole and crafting savory biscuit sandwiches filled with bacon, egg, pepper jack cheese, avocado, and homemade jalapeno garlic sauce. This playful, flavorful evening is full of dreamy dishes that are both familiar, delightfully unexpected and sure to wake up your taste buds. Recipes will be provided. Tickets are priced per person.

MEET THE CHEF:

Addie Hayes has significant experience in catering and curating specialty menus for small groups. She loves cocktails and food pairings, and all things flavor! Born and raised in the south, she was influenced by so many good cooks throughout her life.

Addie operates Fatty Addie’s on the side. You can find her at big market pop-ups or smaller pop-ups in partnership with local stores. She handles special orders and is always happy to chat about what someone will need for bridal showers, birthday parties, or just fun, friendly get-togethers. She also dabbles in gluten-free and vegan baking. When she’s not cooking, she enjoys spending time outside in her garden, hanging out with friends, or visiting family. Addie certainly knows how to have a good time!
