Join Chef David in the HKS Kitchen for a festive cooking class where you’ll master a dinner party menu that’s as elegant as it is cozy. You’ll start with a warm and gooey French-baked onion Brie appetizer before moving on to the star of the evening: a perfectly roasted pork loin that you’ll top with tangy-sweet cranberry sauce. And you’ll learn to make Brussels sprouts with bacon and dressing completely from scratch to serve alongside, and for a sweet finish, you’ll be in for a treat – a decadent buttered rum hot chocolate. MEET THE CHEF:
David Prewett grew up in Little Rock, Arkansas. Having developed a love for cooking from his mom at the age of five, he has been diving into the culinary landscape ever since. He graduated with his master’s degree in nutrition. Specializing in scratch cooking and a variety of cuisines with emphasis in Italian, Asian, and, of course, Southern comfort food. He looks forward to taking you on an exciting culinary adventure full of laughter, amazing food, and great conversation. Bon appetite!
