Designed for the discerning palate, this cooking class begins with a sparkling Grand 75 cocktail—an elevated twist on the French 75—before savoring a rich appetizer of duck rillette topped with pickled red onion and cornichon on crisp croutons. For the main event, Chef Kevin will guide you in the how to master the art of classic steak au poivre, including how to perfectly sear and finish it with a luscious peppercorn sauce. For a side dish, you’ll learn to prepare velvety pomme purée, a luxurious, buttery mash that perfectly complements your main course. If you’re a lover of fine food and impeccable technique, this celebration of French-inspired sophistication is ideal for you. Recipes will be provided. Tickets are priced per person.

MEET THE CHEF:
Chef Quinn is originally from New Jersey and has a LOT of experience in cooking. He went to the Culinary Institute of America in New York and then worked in several well-known restaurants, including The Barr Mansion and the Gotham City Restaurant Group. He has a passion for teaching and has taught at Le Cordon Bleu and Escoffier. Outside of work, he mentors high school students in cooking competitions and enjoys golfing, relaxing, and traveling with his family.
