We’ll start with a refreshing winter salad to get your tastebuds ready for the fun ahead. Then, you’ll dive into making the perfect crêpe batter followed by a sweet raspberry compote and tangy lemon curd, two irresistible fillings that will take your crêpes to the next level. When it’s time to assemble, you’ll have a variety of toppings to choose from: velvety sweet cream cheese, decadent chocolate drizzle, sliced almonds, fresh berries, and a sprig of mint for that final touch. Whether you’re a crêpe newbie or a seasoned pro, this hands-on class will inspire you to create your own custom sweet crêpes. Come hungry, creative, and ready to indulge! Tickets are priced per person. Recipes will be provided.

MEET THE CHEF:
Growing up in a food-centric family, Amelia Holaday learned the value of community and shared meals early on. This fostered a love for flavors and all things hosting, eventually leading her to open her own restaurant, which operated for several years as a creperie and specialty coffeeshop. During this time Amelia deepened her passion for building connections through food, and found a great amount of fulfilment providing a space for underrepresented communities to gather.
