Her Brand: In May 2014, after almost 13 years as a work-from-home wedding stationer, Amy pursued her dream of opening a kitchen boutique in her grandmother’s name. Because like Euna Mae (pronounced ‘yoo-na’), Amy loves to be in her kitchen making food for those she loves. Shortly after opening Euna Mae’s, Amy was hired by Northwest Arkansas’ NBC affiliate to host a cooking show, having filmed 160 episodes over two seasons. She authored a comfort food cookbook titled Love Welcome Serve (Center Street | November 2017) as well as an ECPA best-seller Gather and Give (Thomas Nelson | November 2022) with hopes of encouraging you to embrace a lifestyle of everyday biblical hospitality.
Her Hope: She now speaks to women, hosts events, and drums up all kinds of experiences in order to share her simple, authentic hospitality message. Amy’s hope is that she inspires hospitality in your heart and encourages you to love deeply, welcome gladly, and serve faithfully so that in all things God will be praised. (I Peter 4:8-11) Amy wishes she knew how to quilt, is a spirited football fan, and can’t help but bake an apple pie on the first crisp day of Autumn.
