with Helen Lampkin, founder of My Brother's Salsa and Helen's Table
Embrace the elegance of the season with Chef Helen Lampkin in the HKS Kitchen with a cozy, hands-on culinary experience inspired by winter’s soft hues and comforting flavors. As class begins, you’ll sip on a sparkling winter spritzer, a light and festive prosecco cocktail accented by frozen white grapes and enjoy a crisp, chef-prepared winter white salad of Belgian endive, apple, goat cheese, and toasted walnuts. Then, you’ll roll up your sleeves to create the evening’s main event – tender pork medallions in white wine cream sauce paired with roasted parsnips, potatoes, and cauliflower with a parmesan crust – both rich and aromatic, yet beautifully balanced in flavor. And for a sweet finish, you’ll whisk together a luscious white chocolate mousse to pair with chef’s buttery shortbread snow cookies. Don’t miss out! Get your ticket today. Recipes will be provided. Tickets are priced per person. Must be 21+ to attend.
*All class ticket sales are final. No refunds or credit transfers to other classes are available. If you purchase a ticket and are unable to attend, please contact us to check our waitlist.*
