The Big Game calls for big food, and Chef Helen is here with all the bold flavors and touchdown-worthy dishes you need to please a crowd. To kick things off, you’ll enjoy chef-prepared mini BLT biscuits with creamy California avocado aioli and spicy tomato jam. Then, you’ll huddle up to make several hearty, favorites like tamale dip packed with chicken, corn, cheese, and green chilis, and easy make-ahead calzones filled with chicken, pesto, and mozzarella. Plus, you’ll make a pot of California green chile stew with tender pork and be offered a special beer pairing during the class. To finish, be ready to indulge in sweet peanut cluster brownies prepared by the chef—a perfect treat that scores big with every fan. If you’re looking to add some new recipes to your game day playbook, this class is for you. Recipes will be provided. Tickets are priced per person. Must be 21+ to attend.

MEET THE CHEF:
Helen Lampkin, woman of faith, devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, lives an inspired “no ordinary” life based on the words found in Colossians 3:23 – “do all things wholeheartedly to the Lord.” This inspiration is at the heart of all she does and has led her to become an entrepreneur (founder of My Brother’s Salsa), artist, adventurous cook, recipe developer/writer, food stylist, and blogger.
