with Helen Lampkin, founder of My Brother's Salsa and Helen's Table
Let the good times roll! Come celebrate Mardi Gras in the HKS Kitchen with Chef Helen Lampkin as she shows you how to bring the best flavors of New Orleans to your very own kitchen. Start by sipping on a decadent king cake milkshake while you nosh on savory muffuletta sliders layered with classic olive salad and cured meats as the evening begins. Then you’ll roll up your sleeves to make hearty chicken and sausage gumbo and buttery cajun shrimp, and we’ll be sure to provide crusty bread—perfect for soaking up every last drop of goodness. To complete the feast, you’ll be treated to the chef’s sweet nutty pralines. Recipes will be provided. Tickets are priced per person. Must be 21+ to attend.
*All class ticket sales are final. No refunds or credit transfers to other classes are available. If you purchase a ticket and are unable to attend, please contact us to check our waitlist.*
