You’ll begin with an appetizer of crispy, golden pork-filled egg rolls packed with savory goodness. Then you’ll learn how to prepare tender bulgogi beef. The hallmark of Korean barbecue, this flavorful dish is marinated in a sweet savory sauce featuring soy, sesame, garlic, ginger, and more. To round out the meal, you’ll also make two zesty side dishes – kimchi cucumbers and carrot slaw. Each side dish offers the perfect balance of spice and freshness to highlight this flavorful menu. Come experience an evening of tasty dishes sure to cause a stir around the dinner table. Recipes will be provided. Tickets are priced per person.

MEET THE CHEF:
My name is Shaan Choppala, I’m the founder of Cajindian Cuisine. I grew up eating homemade South Indian curry, and I started my business to make it possible for anyone to experience authentic Indian food at home. My sauce has 15 spices and herbs, is gluten free, and has the right balance of heat. I can’t wait to share this experience with you!
