We were trying to make the best hot honey we’d ever tasted. Coffee was the test. If it worked there, we knew it worked everywhere.

We start with Ozark-sourced honey and gently infuse it with arbol chiles, cassia cinnamon, and whole vanilla beans. The result is rich and floral with a slow, lingering heat that melts into coffee and espresso without taking over. It adds warmth, depth, and just enough edge to make a morning feel special.

We reach for it in lattes, cappuccinos, and cold brew first, then drizzle it on biscuits, pizza, cheese, or stir it into cocktails (Spicy Margaritas! Negronis! Old Fashioned!)  when the day runs long.
