We battled the bees to climb through the thicket and bramble to harvest the most delicious, local Ozark blackberries from McGarrah Farms in Northwest Arkansas. This Blackberry syrup is the fruit of that labor. Jammy and bright – it is perfect for a blackberry bramble cocktail or mocktail, blackberry affogato, or as an addition to any savory sauce for a deep berry pop.
