These bread harps are awesome!  They cut so well and are easy to use.  They come in both left- and right-hand options.

Our utensils are made from smooth grained fine hardwoods.  Our utensils fit comfortable in hand and are finely sanded then sealed in our kitchenware oil to keep them lasting longer and looking great. 

The blade is kept under tension so that is doesn’t bend or flex much when it is used so it doesn’t need much pressure applied to cut.   So, it is perfect for that hard crusty outer French bread with the very soft center.
