with Marty Shutter of Ozark Beer Co.
If you’ve got a passion for all things pizza, this is the class for you! Chef Marty Shutter is coming back to the HKS Kitchen, to teach you the building blocks of creating incredible pizzeria-style pies and calzones at home. First, you’ll kick things off with a chef-made appetizer of Kosher Sticks with Marinara – pillowy warm breadsticks slathered in butter and definitely dippable. Then, you’ll roll up your sleeves to make Pizza Dough from Scratch while learning tips for achieving the perfect crust. And the chef will share his dough tossing techniques so you can practice shaping it for the Pizza and Calzones you’ll be making in class. Along the way, you’ll craft essential flavor boosters including a bold Tavern-Style Pizza Sauce, a creamy Spinach-Cheese Mix, and a rich Roasted Garlic Miso Butter, and finish your creations with a variety of traditional assorted toppings to customize your perfect slice. Recipes will be provided. Tickets are priced per person.
*All class ticket sales are final. No refunds or credit transfers to other classes are available. If you purchase a ticket and are unable to attend, please contact us to check our waitlist.*
