Bewitching Cake Decorating - October 21st

HKS is excited to host a bewitching cake decorating class in partnership with Angela Korbe, creator and baker behind Wildflour's Kitchen. During class, Angela will discuss her favorite tools, ingredients, and baking techniques to ensure you can recreate your own cake in your very own kitchens. Chef will provide a Mini 4-inch Pre-Made Round Black Cocoa Cake for each guest. Plus, she will guide you through the how-tos of making a batch of Black Cocoa American Buttercream in class. Additionally, she will provide instruction in piping techniques so you can decorate your own cake topped with just the right amount of Chocolate Waffle Cone, Edible Moss, and Chocorooms to create a creepy bog witch vibe. By evening's end, each guest will have a fully decorated mini cake to take home and enjoy with family and friends! Light Snacks will be served. Recipes will be provided. Tickets are priced per person. Minors 12+ permitted to attend with a ticketed adult.

MEET THE BAKER

Angela Korbe is a self-taught baker specializing in custom cakes, cookies, and macarons. She is a self-proclaimed pie lady and a hobby sourdough bread baker as well. When not in the kitchen, you’ll find her outdoors with her family, teaching ceramics at the local community center, or in her garden.

She is the owner and baker of Wildflour’s Kitchen. She started her business in 2020 out of a combination of an art degree and a passion for baking. What started as a sourdough bread business has bloomed into highly detailed baked goods for special events.
